How can I book an appointment?
You can book through the appointment form on our website, our call centre or the patient admissions desks at our hospitals. On the form, simply choose the department, your preferred hospital and the days and times that suit you; our team will call you to confirm. Arriving 15 minutes before your appointment makes registration easier.
Is my private health insurance accepted?
Our hospitals work with many private health insurance companies. As coverage depends on your policy, we recommend checking with your insurer or our patient services team before booking. On the day of your visit, simply bring your ID and your insurance card if you have one.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bringing your ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of the medicines you take and the results of any previous tests and reports helps make the most of your visit. If a test that requires fasting is planned, you will be told separately when your appointment is confirmed.
How can I get my test results?
You will receive a text message when your laboratory and imaging results are ready. You can collect them from the patient admissions desk or ask for them to be sent by email. It is important to discuss the results and plan the next steps with the doctor who requested the tests.
What are the visiting hours?
You can visit inpatients every day between 13:00 and 15:00 and between 18:00 and 20:00. So that patients can rest, we ask that no more than two visitors are in the room at the same time. Different visiting rules apply in intensive care and neonatal units; please ask the unit for details.
