Scope of service

• Virtual servers and storage: as much processing power, memory and disk as you need, increased within minutes as you grow.
• Backup and disaster recovery: daily backups, a copy in a second data centre and regular restore tests.
• Monitoring: servers, databases and applications are monitored 24/7, and our team steps in when something goes wrong.
• Security: firewall, intrusion detection, regular patch management and access logs.
• Networking: encrypted connections between your branches and the cloud.

The migration

1. Discovery: we map your current servers, applications and their dependencies.
2. Planning: we decide which system moves when, the downtime window and the rollback plan.
3. Migration: we move most systems outside working hours, keeping downtime to minutes.
4. Validation: we test the applications with your users and keep the old system on standby for a while.

Service levels

Our service level agreement sets out the availability target and the response and resolution times in writing. Every month we share a report summarising usage, performance and security events. Your data stays within Türkiye, and we sign a data processing agreement in line with personal data protection legislation.
