How we implement

2. Design: processes are adapted to the ERP, with extra fields, approval flows and reports where needed.
3. Migration and testing: opening data is transferred and real scenarios are tested with users.
4. Go-live: we provide on-site support in the first month, followed by regular health checks.

A typical SME project takes 8 to 14 weeks. The project schedule and budget are confirmed in writing at the end of the analysis.
