Moving to e-document applications such as e-invoice, e-archive invoice, e-waybill and e-ledger has become mandatory for many businesses, depending on turnover and sector. Our e-transformation service handles the whole process on your behalf, from application to sending your first document, and works with your existing accounting or ERP software.

Applications we cover

• e-Invoice: sending and receiving invoices electronically between registered users.
• e-Archive invoice: issuing invoices electronically to buyers who are not e-invoice users.
• e-Waybill: issuing dispatch notes electronically and delivering them to the recipient.
• e-Ledger: creating the journal and general ledger electronically and obtaining their certificates.

The transition

1. We clarify your obligations and your transition date together.
2. We guide you through the financial seal or e-signature application.
3. We complete your private integrator application and design your invoice template in your corporate identity.
4. We connect your accounting or ERP software and send test documents.
5. During the first week after go-live we monitor every document you send, together with you.

Storage and access

Electronic documents must be kept for the period set out in the legislation. Your documents are archived with redundancy, and you can find any invoice in seconds by number, date or recipient. During an audit you can export the requested documents in bulk.

We follow changes in the legislation and inform our clients by email before new obligations take effect. These notices are general in nature; for obligations specific to your business we recommend consulting your accountant.
